Ethereal and incredibly beautiful late 1800s- early 1900s fine cotton and insertion lace evening gown/ trousseau. This piece feels like you're wearing nothing the cotton is so silky smooth and luxurious; voluminous angelic sleeves and a shoulder caplet trimmed in lace that continues on the neckline as well. Tiny carved mother of pearl buttons off center from the neckline down to the hips act as the closures for this piece. Exaggerated in length this piece puddles on the floor romantically

Condition: Great for age; a couple small repairs in lace near bust as well as a a few small marks as shown that are hidden in the folds of the fabric
