Stunning 1980s Victor Costa black strapless cocktail dress. Tiers of folded chiffon with a silver reflect throughout that catches the light beautifully. Boned bodice, with a-line tea length skirt with a linen underskirt with ruched black taffeta at hem to enhance the a-line shape. Seven large silver and rhinestone buttons down back. Very elegant, excellent vintage condition. Fits like a US 4.
