Our Chelsea Gown is made with a stretchy velvet fabric in red. This gown features a strapless wired v-neckline, fitted mermaid silhouette with a train & slit on left leg. This style is made in standard sizes and is not custom made to the client body measurements and/or height. This style runs true to our size chart.
